Air Operations: (No. 454 Squadron Baltimore aircraft FW643), Italy, 19 April 1945
On 19 April 1945 No. 454 Squadron Baltimore FW643 went missing over the Po area and was reported as having crashed in flames, believed to have resulted from bomb fragmentation damage caused by bombing from too low an altitude.
