On the 23rd January 1942, Blenheim V6292 crashed at 1230 hours at Nakuru, Kenya and all the three crew members were killed. The Pilot lost control of the aircraft during the final turn on to the Nakuru aerodrome, and it hit the ground and burst into flames.
