At 0700 hours on 6 July 1942, Blenheim Z7844 crashed 13 miles east of Toroco, Uganda, and all the crew members were killed. The engine of the aircraft failed and the Pilot flew into cloud on one engine and lost control, after which the aircraft flew into the ground from a low height.
