On 26 February 1943, Aircraftwoman Harrison, a Clerk signals, died of injuries received as the result of a motor transport accident on 22 February, when a unit utility overturned at Caloundra. The following RAAF Members were involved in the accident in which Aircraftwoman Harrison was killed:
