Wellington HZ375 took off on 30th July 1944, to carry out a non-operational day flying training exercise together with a cine camera gun. The aircraft was on the cine gun exercise and was pulling out of shallow dive. The port wing was seen to come adrift from the fuselage and also the starboard wing appeared to break away from the fuselage. The aircraft went down in a steep dive in and all on board were killed.
